Shipment Methods

Shipping

  • We pride ourselves on fast, convenient and free shipping on all orders through USPS, and we ship to any country around the world.
  • Our shipping policy has changed as of 1/1/11. We now offer FREE USPS Shipping to US and Canada for all orders.
  • For international customers, we are offering a $4 flat rate for First-Class Mail International 6-8 day air, or $6 for Priority Mail International.

Shipping Times

We make every effort to ship your order the same day it is received.  We ship 6 days a week Monday through Saturday 8am to 5pm PST twice a day.  When an item on your order has been released for shipment, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with the carrier and shipment information.

Important Mailing Instructions

To ensure prompt delivery of your products, the US Postal Service requires the recipient's full name and complete address, including suite or apartment number where applicable. Due to the large volume of orders we receive, we cannot be responsible for verifying shipping addresses. So please be sure to verify the accuracy and completeness of your shipping address; otherwise, any shipments returned to us by the US Postal Service for an insufficient or incorrect address will be re-sent to the correct address at your expense.

TrainMovies.com accepts payments via credit card. Credit Cards currently accepted are American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover Card.

Credit Card Security

For your security and privacy, all credit card numbers and other ordering information are encrypted when the order is placed. You can rest assured that we will keep your credit card information secure.

Return Policies

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact us via e-mail or phone.  All items returned un-opened will be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order any time before your order is shipped. Depending on when you placed your order this could be between 1-24 hours after placing your order. We will email you if you are successful in cancelling your order. If the order has already been shipped, you may return new, unopened items from a cancelled order within 1 week after they have been delivered to you. Items should be returned in their original packaging. For more information on cancelling orders and returning items, please read below.

Return Policy

TrainMovies.com would like our customers to be completely satisfied with the goods they have purchased from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 7 days from receipt of the goods for a prompt exchange or refund.

  • Shipping costs are incurred at your risk and are not refundable.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Defective DVDs will be replaced with exact same title.
  • All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt which was given to you along with the original packaging.
  • There will be no refund on items returned that are not in saleable condition.
  • If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

How do I return an item?

Whatever the reason, you may return your purchase for exchange or refund to the following address. Please include a copy of the original receipt that was emailed to you.
